Exercise can make you smarterRecent studies in neuroscience suggest that physical exercise can help our brains resist shrinkage and may actually enhance cognitive function.

Brain function is known to decline with age; most people will lose approximately 1% of the hippocampus (a major component of the brain linked to memory, spatial memory and navigation) every year starting in their late twenties.
