  • Nutrition for a good mental health: Nourishing our brains is just as important as following a healthy daily regimen that keeps our hearts, skin, and other organs in a good shape. The following few tips are designed to keep our brain healthy; and since all our organs are neurologically connected, this regimen may help with other body problems too: eat more healthy fats, get more protein, avoid sugar highs, buffer stress with B and C vitamins, stay connected, and develop a spiritual practice. • The Diva Cup for modern green moms: The DivaCup is a reusable, bell-shaped menstrual cup that is worn internally and sits low in the vaginal canal, collecting-rather than absorbing-the menstrual discharge. Menstrual cups have existed since the 1930s when women were searching for an alternative to the current choices. The DivaCup empowers women to connect with their bodies and menstrual cycles like never before. Perfect for all activities (on air, land or sea), its easy care and use make for a better period experience. It can be worn for up to 12 hours without any leaks or worry. And since it’s reusable and nothing goes to the landfill contributing to the carbon footprint, it’s the perfect choice for modern green women and busy moms.
  • Wearable migraine-relief device: The FDA recently approved a new wearable device called Cefaly made to reduce headaches. Cefaly is a drug-free method using neurostimulation to treat migraine pain and even prevents migraine headaches from ever coming on. The treatment changes the trigger threshold of migraine headaches. As the pain threshold becomes harder to reach, migraine headaches are less frequent, less painful, and may simply disappear. Users wear it on their heads for about 20 minutes per day. So far, the battery-powered device doesn’t have any known side effects.
